48-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment without paying a fee. If you are unable to keep an appointment, this will permit me to reschedule your meeting promptly and will also allow for your vacated appointment to be used in a productive manner.
If you choose to cancel an appointment without 48 hours notice, the full session fee may be charged.
If you do not show for an appointment, the full appointment fee will be charged.
Charges may be waived at Weaving Energy’s discretion. Future appointments will not be scheduled until fees are paid.
