Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback has been used to help with many difficulties including migraines, anxiety, depression, brain injury, etc. Neurofeedback allows the brain to have conscious practice moving between the Limbic System (anxiety, flight or fight, survival mode, our primitive/reptile brain, etc.) and the Pre-Frontal Cortex (emotional regulation, critical thinking, self awareness, etc.). We need both parts of our brain to work in their turns, however the PFC (Pre-Frontal Cortex) turns off in traumatic situations as it is not necessary for survival. Neurofeedback is a way of turning it back on.
I use the pirHEG system for neurofeedback (Passive Infrared HemoEncephalography). This system does not use electrodes, instead it uses a headband that measures cellular activity in the front part of the brain (the PFC). A movie and a task are used to engage the brain. The movie helps guide the brain into an emotional state (the limbic system is activated) and then the movie pauses and the task is to gently use the mind to activate the PFC. The idea is to increase the amount of time the brain spends in the PFC. We only work enough to strengthen the brain, not wear it out.
The PFC assists in regulating the other areas of our brain so there are many possible improvements with neurofeedback. Over the last year I have seen improvements in the following: anxiety, attention and focus (ADD/ADHD), decision making, decrease in hypervigilence, emotional regulation, focus, memory, social skills, sports performance, and traumatic brain injury symptoms. Other areas where neurofeedback may be beneficial include autism spectrum symptoms, brain fog, improving cognitive functioning, dyslexia, migraines, stress, and more.

Using Neurofeedback And Homeopathy Together
Neurofeedback and homeopathy are both powerful and when used together the results are even more beneficial. Homeopathic remedies allow you to have a tool at home as needed and assist your system in healing from the inside out. Neurofeedback allows your brain, over time, to be strengthened in ways that increase self awareness, lower stress and improve functioning. These systems compliment each other and allow for more complete levels of heath and wellness.
